A bag clip doesn't seal anything

It holds the bag shut. Air still gets in, which is the actual reason your coffee tastes flat and your crisps go chewy. Heat sealing fuses the plastic together, so there's no gap left for air to travel through. Same bag, completely different result.

Will it work on thick or foil-lined bags?

Yes, on foil-lined packets like coffee and crisps. Very thick or woven sacks won't fuse properly, so it's worth decanting those.

Can I reseal the same bag more than once?

As many times as there's bag left. Each seal takes a few millimetres off the top, so a large bag will take [X] or more before you run out of room.

How long does a charge last?

Is it safe around children?
